New Delhi: The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC), under the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), has invited eligible bidders to participate in an e-tender followed by an e-auction for the sale of a 5.119-acre freehold land parcel belonging to HIL (India) Limited in New Delhi.
Located in the Najafgarh Industrial Area along Rohtak Road, Shivaji Marg, the property measures approximately 20,722.93 square metres and has a reserve price of ₹829.69 crore. NLMC is facilitating the monetisation process on behalf of HIL (India) Limited through a transparent and competitive electronic bidding mechanism.
The land parcel is being offered for outright sale as part of the government’s efforts to monetise assets. According to the announcement, this is NLMC’s third publicly advertised e-auction in the last two months.

The land parcel is situated in the Najafgarh Industrial Area of New Delhi, along Rohtak Road, Shivaji Marg. The freehold property is being offered to eligible bidders through a two-stage electronic bidding process.

The monetisation process will be conducted through an e-tender-cum-e-auction mechanism on the e-Nivida platform. Interested and eligible bidders must complete registration, submit the required technical bid and deposit the prescribed EMD or provide a bank guarantee, as permitted under the tender conditions.
The process is intended to provide a structured and competitive mechanism for the sale of the property.

Important Dates for NLMC Land Auction
NLMC has announced the following schedule for the bidding process:
- Pre-bid meeting: November 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM
- Last date for registration, technical bid and EMD/Bank Guarantee submission: November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM
- Opening of technical bids: November 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM
- Mock auction: November 23, 2026
- Final e-auction: To be announced after the opening of technical bids
The pre-bid meeting will take place at Room No. 309, Block-14, Public Enterprise Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
The meeting is intended to help prospective bidders understand the process and clarify queries related to the tender.
₹16.60 Crore EMD Required for Bid Participation
Eligible bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of ₹16.60 crore as part of the participation process. The prescribed technical bid and EMD or bank guarantee must be submitted within the stipulated deadline.
The minimum bid increment has been fixed at ₹1 crore per acre. Participants should carefully review the tender documents for detailed eligibility criteria, submission requirements and other conditions governing the sale.
The e-auction date will be announced after the technical bids have been opened.
Property Offered on ‘As Is Where Is’ Basis
The land parcel will be sold on an “as is where is”, “as is what is”, “whatever there is” and “no recourse/no complaint” basis, as specified in the e-auction notification.
