Mumbai: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has appointed Divesh Sehara, IAS (2005 Batch), as a Government of India Nominee Director on the Board of the bank with effect from September 10, 2026.
The appointment was intimated to the stock exchanges on September 11, 2026, in continuation of the bank’s earlier disclosure dated September 10. Sehara is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
