New Delh: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) to promote sustainable housing by providing green finance solutions to homebuyers purchasing IGBC-certified residential projects.

The partnership aims to make environmentally sustainable homes more accessible while encouraging developers and buyers to adopt green building practices. The initiative will be implemented through the PNB Harit Niwas Scheme, which offers attractive financing benefits for eligible homebuyers.

PNB and IGBC Join Hands to Promote Sustainable Housing

Punjab National Bank has entered into a strategic collaboration with IGBC, a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), to expand access to green housing finance.
