New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 20, 2026, through video conferencing.
During the AGM, shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also declared a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share, equivalent to 12.5% of the paid-up equity share capital, for FY 2025-26.
RailTel Holds 26th Annual General Meeting
The 26th AGM was addressed by Mr. Sanjai Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), RailTel.
The company’s Annual Report for FY 2025-26 was also presented to shareholders during the meeting.
The AGM provided an opportunity for shareholders to consider the company’s audited financial statements and other matters related to the financial year.

RailTel Declares ₹1.25 Final Dividend
One of the key decisions taken at the AGM was the declaration of the final dividend for FY 2025-26.

- Final dividend: ₹1.25 per share
- Equivalent to: 12.5% of paid-up equity share capital
- Financial year: 2025-26
The declaration adds to RailTel’s shareholder distribution for the financial year.
Shareholders Adopt Audited Financial Statements
During the meeting, shareholders adopted RailTel’s audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.
The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 was also presented during the AGM, providing shareholders with an overview of the company’s activities and performance during the financial year.
