Jaipur: The Government of Rajasthan has assigned additional responsibilities to two senior IAS officers to enhance administrative efficiency in key departments.

Harphool Singh Yadav Assumes Addl Charge as Commissioner, Kota Development Authority.

Mr Yadav, IAS, currently serving as Additional Commissioner of Command Area Development (CAD) in Kota, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Commissioner of the Kota Development Authority (KDA). This dual role is expected to facilitate better coordination between development projects and resource management in Kota, a rapidly growing city in Rajasthan.

Ashish Modi Takes on Addl Roles in Child Rights and Ambedkar Foundation

Mr Modi, IAS (Rajasthan 2014 batch), currently Director of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department and ex-officio Joint Secretary of Panchayati Raj, has been assigned the additional charge of Commissioner – Department for Child Rights, Rajasthan. He will also serve as Director General of the Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Foundation (Ambedkar Peeth) in Jaipur.

These new responsibilities highlight the government’s focus on strengthening child welfare programs and promoting social justice initiatives in the state. Ashish Modi’s leadership is expected to drive forward critical reforms and awareness campaigns under these departments.
