New Delhi: REC Limited has appointed Ms. Isha Duhan, IAS, as Executive Director with effect from September 10, 2026. The company informed the stock exchanges about the change in its senior management, which is at a level one below the Board of Directors.

Ms. Isha Duhan is a 2014-batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She has been appointed to the position of Executive Director at REC Limited effective September 10, 2026.

Before joining REC, Duhan served as Managing Director in the Sugar Industries and Cane Development Department.

REC Limited informed the stock exchanges about the change in its senior management as part of its regulatory disclosure.
The company stated that Ms. Duhan’s appointment is at the senior management level, one level below the Board of Directors.
