RECPDCL Signs MoA with India International Centre to Upgrade Accommodation Infrastructure under CSR Initiative

New Delhi: REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a subsidiary of REC Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi to provide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support for upgrading and modernizing its guest accommodation facilities.

The collaboration aims to enhance the infrastructure of the prestigious IIC, which hosts conferences, cultural events, and intellectual exchanges, offering a better experience for scholars, dignitaries, and guests from India and abroad.

MoA Signing Ceremony

The MoA was signed at the RECPDCL Corporate Office in Gurugram on January 27, 2026. The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of RECPDCL, the Director of IIC, and other senior officials from both organizations.

The agreement formalizes RECPDCL’s commitment to CSR initiatives that contribute to the development and modernization of iconic institutions that foster cultural dialogue and international camaraderie.

Objective of the Collaboration

The initiative focuses on:

  • Upgrading guest accommodation infrastructure at the IIC
  • Enhancing the experience for visitors attending conferences, cultural events, and intellectual gatherings
  • Supporting the IIC’s mission as a hub for cultural, academic, and international exchange

This partnership underscores the role of public sector enterprises in promoting cultural and intellectual infrastructure through socially responsible projects.
