New Delhi: Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, showcasing strong growth in profitability and operational performance.
The state-owned shipping major reported a sharp rise in net profit along with improved margins and steady revenue growth for FY26.
FY26 Standalone Results: Profit Surges Nearly 63%
SCI posted a standalone net profit of ₹1,326 crore in FY26, marking a 62.9% increase compared to ₹814 crore in FY25.

- Net Profit: ₹1,326 crore (↑62.9% YoY)
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹1,396 crore (↑69.8%)
- Revenue from Operations: ₹5,778 crore

- Net Profit: ₹414 crore (↑140% YoY)

Dividend Announcement for Shareholders
SCI’s Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10% on face value of ₹10) for FY26.
