The programme focuses on building strategic thinking, behavioural capabilities, and transformational leadership skills required to address the complex and evolving challenges of the public sector.

72 Senior Executives Begin Intensive Training

Building on the success of its inaugural batch, DAKSH 2.1 has brought together 72 high-potential senior executives from various public sector enterprises.

The six-day classroom immersion at Indian Institute of Management Indore includes faculty-led sessions, case studies, and simulation exercises aimed at enhancing strategic perspective, agility, and decision-making in complex organisational environments.

Strengthening Leadership in Public Sector Enterprises
The initiative underscores SCOPE’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership capacity within India’s public sector ecosystem.

By nurturing a pipeline of capable and visionary leaders, the programme seeks to drive transformation, foster innovation, and ensure sustainable growth across PSEs.

Building a Robust Succession Pipeline

With its emphasis on leadership excellence and long-term institutional development, DAKSH 2.1 is expected to contribute significantly to enhancing governance standards and organisational performance across the public sector.
