New Delhi/Indore: Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), has launched the classroom immersion phase of its flagship leadership development programme DAKSH 2.1 at Indian Institute of Management Indore.
The six-day immersive module marks a significant step in strengthening leadership capabilities within India’s public sector enterprises (PSEs), bringing together senior executives for advanced training in strategy, leadership, and transformation.
Inaugural Ceremony Attended by Key Leaders
The inaugural session was addressed by Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, and Alka Mittal, Member of the CBC.
They were joined by Vineet Hemrajani, Managing Partner at Egon Zehnder; Prof. Ranjeet Nambudri; and Prof. Manish Popli.
Senior officials from CBC, SCOPE, and knowledge partners including Egon Zehnder and IIM Indore were also present during the event, reflecting strong institutional collaboration.
DAKSH 2.1: A Year-Long Transformational Programme
DAKSH – an acronym for Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony—is a 12-month immersive leadership journey designed to equip participants with future-ready competencies.
The programme focuses on building strategic thinking, behavioural capabilities, and transformational leadership skills required to address the complex and evolving challenges of the public sector.
72 Senior Executives Begin Intensive Training
Building on the success of its inaugural batch, DAKSH 2.1 has brought together 72 high-potential senior executives from various public sector enterprises.
The six-day classroom immersion at Indian Institute of Management Indore includes faculty-led sessions, case studies, and simulation exercises aimed at enhancing strategic perspective, agility, and decision-making in complex organisational environments.
