The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has allocated two IAS officers from the 2023 batch, Mr. Saurabh Sharma and Ms. Saloni Chhabra to the Telangana cadre. This allocation is part of the cadre distribution process following the results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023.
These officers were among 32 others allocated to various states, including Andhra Pradesh, Assam-Meghalaya, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur-Tripura, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.
The official communication regarding the allocation was issued by Ms. Charulata Somal (2012-batch IAS officer), Deputy Secretary, DoPT, addressing the Chief Secretaries of the respective states.
