  • Conserving natural resources through sustainable lifestyles.

Officials highlighted the importance of individual participation in protecting the environment and reducing the impact of plastic pollution.

Doodle Activity Encourages Creative Expression on Nature Conservation

To engage visitors of all age groups, the zoo organised a doodle activity centred on nature conservation.

Participants used artwork to express their ideas and messages on:

  • Biodiversity conservation.
  • Environmental protection.
  • Sustainable living.
  • Responsible use of natural resources.

The activity encouraged visitors to develop a stronger connection with nature while promoting awareness through creativity.

Staff Recognised for Their Contribution

The celebration concluded with the distribution of prizes and souvenirs to participating staff members in recognition of their contribution to the plastic removal drive and the successful organisation of the event.

Zoo authorities appreciated the efforts of sanitation workers and organisers for helping make the programme a success.

Delhi Zoo Reinforces Commitment to Environmental Conservation

Through initiatives such as plastic waste collection, public awareness campaigns and visitor engagement programmes, the National Zoological Park continues to promote environmental responsibility and biodiversity conservation.
