Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday participated in the “Janata Darshan” programme and listened to grievances of people arriving from different districts across the state. He directed officials to ensure time-bound resolution of all complaints.
CM Emphasises Prompt Action and Good Governance
During the interaction, Yogi Adityanath assured citizens that the state government is committed to public service, safety, and good governance. He said every genuine grievance must be addressed within a fixed timeframe to ensure quick relief to the public.
He also instructed officials to closely monitor cases and ensure transparency in their resolution.
Direct Instructions to DM and SP for Monitoring Cases
The Chief Minister directed District Magistrates (DMs) and Superintendents of Police (SPs) to personally supervise complaints and ensure fair and impartial investigation of all cases.
He stressed that the priority of the administration should be timely justice so that citizens do not face unnecessary delays or hardship.
Strict Action Against Encroachers and Criminal Elements
Yogi Adityanath also ordered strict action against land mafias and strong-arm offenders. He said that eligible beneficiaries must receive government scheme benefits without delay, and proper arrangements should be ensured for the treatment of the needy. He further emphasized swift action in revenue and law-and-order related matters to restore public confidence in the administration.
Emotional Moment: Woman from Bihar Visits CM for Blessings
During the programme, a woman from Bihar met the Chief Minister and said she had come only to seek his blessings, with no personal grievance. Responding warmly, the Chief Minister greeted her and advised her to take care during the intense summer heat and avoid unnecessary travel while ensuring the well-being of her family.
