Taking to X, IAS Divya Mittal shared a great counsel for her followers. In her post, she suggested a simple yet prolific mechanism to boost concentration and overall productivity.
She advised her followers, mostly UPSC CSE Aspirants to decide what they wanted to do for the following 25 minutes and place an alarm for the same duration. She urged her audience to concentrate holistically during the specified period of time and complete the task at hand after which they could reward themselves with a small break of 10 minutes and then repeat the process. This method is called “Pomodoro Technique.”
