Mumbai’s famous IPS officer Vishwas Nangre Patil, known for his bravado during the police operation at the Taj terror attack, has proved that sky is not the limit for him. He recently struck off one item from his bucket list by jumping from 15,00 feet from an aircraft at the Seville airfield in Spain. This, at the age of 50, proving, at the same time, that age is just a number when seeking an adrenaline rush like no other.
In a Facebook post, the senior IPS officer, who is currently ADG in the Anti-Corruption Bureau, wrote that the adrenaline rush was the highest in a head-down position at the speed of around 240-290 km per hour.
“This was the time of adrenaline rush giving the extraordinary mental and physical feel! My ears were ringing and my face was unrecognisable due to the extreme pressure! Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, an experience of a lifetime!”
