Tourists on a jungle safari in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve witnessed a breathtaking moment when a tigress named Siddha Baba leapt out of the bushes and hunted a sambhar right before their eyes. The dramatic scene was captured on camera and has since gone viral on social media.

The incident took place in the Chakradhara area of Tala Zone, one of the most popular safari zones in the reserve. As per reports, the seven-year-old tigress was hiding near a stream, camouflaged in the thick bushes. At the same time, a herd of sambhars arrived at the stream to drink water. Sensing the perfect opportunity, the tigress sprang out and pounced on one of the sambhars, catching it in her powerful jaws and dragging it into the forest.

Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve is home to over 165 tigers, and Siddha Baba tigress is frequently sighted in the area, often with her cubs. The region is not only known for its dense tiger population but also for its breathtaking natural beauty and rich biodiversity.
