Ranchi: Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited (CMPDI) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Frontline Global Services (FGS), Ranchi, to provide residential Phlebotomy Technician training to 60 unemployed youth from Jharkhand under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme for FY 2026-27.
CMPDI has sanctioned ₹73.62 lakh for the initiative, which aims to equip young people with industry-relevant healthcare skills and improve their employability through practical training and professional certification.
CMPDI Signs MoA with Frontline Global Services
The MoA was exchanged between:
- Sanjay Kadambar, General Manager (HR/CSR) & Nodal Officer (CSR), CMPDI.
- Nilofer Ara, Trustee, Frontline Global Services (FGS), Ranchi.
Officials from the HR/CSR Department of CMPDI Headquarters and representatives of Frontline Global Services were present during the signing ceremony.
The partnership is part of CMPDI’s ongoing CSR initiatives focused on skill development, youth empowerment and sustainable livelihood creation.

60 Youth to Receive Residential Healthcare Skill Training
Under the programme:
- 60 unemployed youth from Jharkhand will undergo residential training.
- Participants will be enrolled in the Phlebotomy Technician course.
- CMPDI has allocated ₹73.62 lakh for the project.
- The programme is being implemented under the company’s CSR programme for FY 2026-27.
The residential format is designed to provide participants with intensive technical training and practical exposure.
Training to Prepare Youth for Healthcare Careers
The Phlebotomy Technician course will equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to collect blood samples and assist in diagnostic procedures.
On successful completion of the programme, trainees will be eligible to work as certified phlebotomy technicians in:
- Hospitals.
- Diagnostic laboratories.
- Blood banks.
- Nursing homes.
- Physicians’ clinics.
- Diagnostic centres.
- Infusion centres.
- Blood donation centres.
- Other healthcare institutions.
The programme includes industry-focused training, hands-on practical exposure and certification to improve employment prospects.
