Archit Parag Dongre securing All India Rank (AIR) 3, hails from Pune, Maharashtra. His UPSC journey started last year when he secured AIR 153 and selected for Indian Police Services (IPS). He had taken Philosophy as his optional subject.

Educational Background

Archit Dongre did his graduation in Engineering (B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore in Tamil Nadu. This technical background provided him with a strong analytical foundation. Prior to his college education, Archit completed his schooling in Mumbai.

After graduation, he worked in an IT services company for around a year, resigned in June 2022 to prepare full-time for the civil services exam. He was able to secure 153rd rank in the UPSC CSE 2023 Exam. Recently, he was assigned to the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre of the Indian Police Service (IPS).
