IAS officer Mullai Muhilan MP has been appointed as the new DC of Dakshina Kannada (Mangaluru)) district, replacing Ravi Kumar M R. An order in this regard was issued by the state government on Friday. Earlier, Mr. Muhilan served as the Executive Director of the Centre for Smart Governance in Bengaluru. He is an IAS officer from the 2013 batch.
Whereas, IAS officer Dr. Kumarahas been transferred as the Deputy Commissioner of Mandya district. , He was serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zilla Panchayat in Dakshina Kannada, Mangaluru since February 19, 2021.
