New Delhi: In a significant administrative development, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of 41 officers from multiple services, batches, and cadres for appointments at the Joint Secretary or Joint Secretary equivalent level in the Government of India.
The empanelment, cleared on April 21, 2026, enables these officers to be considered for senior policymaking roles at the Centre, marking an important milestone in their careers.
