Nagpur: MOIL Limited has appointed Ajay Kolte as Deputy General Manager (Materials) and designated him as Head of Department (HoD) – Materials, effective August 3, 2026.
The company disclosed the appointment to the stock exchanges on August 3, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure was issued by Neeraj Dutt Pandey, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, MOIL Limited.

The company’s filing, referenced as CS/NSE-BSE/2026-27/142, confirms the appointment and designation of Mr. Ajay Kolte.
