CM Bhagwant Mann Felicitates UPSC 2025 Toppers, Hails Youth Excellence and Women Empowerment in Civil Services

Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Monday felicitated successful candidates of the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 in Chandigarh, praising their achievements and highlighting the growing strength of Punjab’s education system.

The Chief Minister congratulated the newly selected officers for clearing one of India’s toughest competitive examinations and said their success has brought pride to the entire state.

UPSC Success Reflects Strength of Punjab’s Education System

Addressing the achievers, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said it is a matter of immense satisfaction that students from ordinary and middle-class families are securing top positions in the civil services.

He said this achievement reflects not only personal hard work and discipline but also the improving quality of Punjab’s education ecosystem.

According to him, Punjab’s youth are consistently performing well in national-level competitive exams, proving that talent exists in every household when proper opportunities and support are provided.

CM Mann stated that equal access to education and opportunities is enabling young women to achieve top positions in public service and other professional fields.

He further said that the growing success of women in competitive exams reflects positive social change and increasing participation of girls in higher education.

Punjab Government Focused on Education Reforms and Quality Learning

Reaffirming his government’s commitment, the Chief Minister said the Punjab Government is continuously working to strengthen government schools and improve education infrastructure across the state.

Interacting with the selected candidates, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said their success should inspire other UPSC aspirants across Punjab and India.

The Chief Minister said that the consistent selection of Punjab youth in the UPSC Civil Services Examination is part of a broader positive trend.

He expressed confidence that in the coming years, more students from the state will join prestigious administrative services and contribute to nation-building.

The event was attended by Punjab Chief Secretary KAP Sinha and several senior government officials.

The felicitation ceremony in Chandigarh concluded with CM Bhagwant Singh Mann extending best wishes to all UPSC Civil Services 2025 selected candidates.
