Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav has reiterated his government’s commitment to farmers’ welfare, saying that the concerns and suggestions of farmers will be heard and every practical issue will be addressed through dialogue and mutual understanding.

Speaking to the media about the farmers protesting in the state capital Bhopal, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said the Madhya Pradesh government is observing ‘Agriculture Welfare Year’ across the state and is taking several important steps for the benefit of farmers.

He said the government’s objective is to maintain continuous dialogue with farmers, understand their concerns and suggestions, and work towards making agriculture more prosperous and profitable.

Government Forms Committee to Address Farmers’ Issues

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said the state government has constituted a committee to discuss issues related to farmers and work towards finding solutions.

The committee will engage directly with farmers to understand their:

  • Problems and concerns
  • Suggestions
  • Expectations from the government
  • Issues related to agriculture and farmers’ welfare

The Chief Minister said the government is committed to addressing practical concerns raised by farmers through constructive discussions.

Agriculture Minister and Senior Officials to Hold Talks with Farmers

CM Mohan Yadav said that Agriculture Minister Andal Singh Kansana was sent to hold discussions with farmers on Wednesday.

He further said that a team comprising the Agriculture Minister, Ministers Krishna Gaur, Vishwas Sarang and Rakesh Singh, along with senior government officials, will engage in discussions with farmers.

The government has emphasised dialogue as the key mechanism for understanding the issues raised by farmers and finding a positive and mutually acceptable resolution.

Farmers’ Welfare Is Top Priority, Says CM

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the state government has always stood with farmers and welcomes their constructive suggestions.

He said the government is committed to resolving every practical problem faced by farmers and will continue to work towards a positive resolution through dialogue.

According to the Chief Minister, the interests of farmers remain a top priority for the state government. At the same time, he stressed that it is also the shared responsibility of all stakeholders to ensure that the general public does not face inconvenience due to ongoing protests or demonstrations.

The Chief Minister said the government believes that every issue can be resolved through discussion, dialogue and mutual agreement.

CM Appeals to Farmer Organisations for Cooperation

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed confidence that the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh and other farmer organisations would extend positive cooperation while keeping in mind the broader interests of farmers and the people of Madhya Pradesh.

He said that when all stakeholders share the common goal of improving the lives and welfare of farmers, better outcomes can be achieved through dialogue and cooperation.

The Chief Minister’s statement comes amid ongoing efforts by the state government to engage with protesting farmers and address their concerns through a structured dialogue process.

Government Focuses on Agriculture Welfare and Farmer Dialogue

The Madhya Pradesh government has highlighted farmer welfare as a key priority and is working to strengthen engagement with the farming community.

Through the newly formed committee and direct discussions with farmer organisations, the government aims to understand concerns at the ground level and explore practical solutions.CM Mohan Yadav’s appeal for dialogue reflects the government’s stated approach of resolving farmer-related issues through communication and mutual understanding while ensuring that the wider public is not inconvenienced.
