Mumbai: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) organised an on-campus training workshop for officers of its Ship Repair Division to strengthen the focus on predictable, timely and customer-centric vessel redelivery.
The workshop focused on improving ship repair planning and execution, with emphasis on realistic commitments, critical-path management, communication, quality and classification readiness, and variation control. The programme aimed to strengthen customer confidence by enabling reliable and on-time delivery of repaired vessels.
