New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta conducted a public grievance hearing (Jan Sunwai) on Wednesday, listening to complaints and concerns raised by citizens from various parts of the city. She assured prompt resolution of issues and directed concerned officials to take immediate action.
The Chief Minister reiterated that public trust is the government’s greatest strength and emphasized that it drives her administration’s commitment toward service delivery, sensitivity, and good governance.

During the Jan Sunwai session, residents from different areas of Delhi presented their grievances related to civic issues and public services. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta listened to them personally and assured that their concerns would be addressed without delay.
She instructed officials to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all registered complaints, stressing accountability in governance.

A day prior to the Jan Sunwai, CM Rekha Gupta carried out a surprise inspection of several transport-related facilities in Burari, including:
- District Transport Office (DTO)
- Vehicle Inspection Unit
- Vehicle Training Institute
- Automated Testing Station (ATS)
The Chief Minister reviewed the status of citizen services and infrastructure during her visit.
Review of Automated Testing Station (ATS) Construction
During the inspection, CM Rekha Gupta reviewed the ongoing construction work of the Automated Testing Station (ATS). She directed officials to ensure that all work is completed within the stipulated deadlines.
She emphasized the importance of timely project execution and efficient service delivery in public-facing government facilities.

The Chief Minister highlighted her government’s commitment to improving public service systems. She said citizens visit government offices expecting convenience and efficiency.
