Chandigarh: The Haryana Government on Tuesday announced transfer and posting orders of two senior IAS officers, with changes coming into effect immediately, according to an official notification.
Vijayendra Kumar Gets Additional Department
Sh. Vijayendra Kumar, IAS, currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Cooperation Department, Personnel (Appointments) Department, and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the proposed Haryana Revenue Enhancement Board, has now been assigned the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Haryana.
The appointment comes as part of a broader administrative reshuffle aimed at optimizing key departmental functions.
Dusmanta Kumar Behera Appointed Secretary to Governor
In a separate order, Dusmanta Kumar Behera, IAS, has been appointed as Secretary to the Governor of Haryana.
Behera will continue to hold his existing responsibilities as Director General and Secretary, Development and Panchayats Department, ensuring continuity in rural development and local governance initiatives.
