Two senior IPS officers were given charge as additional directors in CBI. Mr. AYV Krishna (1995 batch), the incumbent Inspector General in the Central Reserve Police Force, and Mr. N Venu Gopal (also from 1995 batch) is presently posted as Joint Director in the CBI.
Mr. Krishna shall hold his new designation till August 6, 2028 and Mr. Venu Gopal till May 24, 2027.
