IRCTC Announces Senior Management Changes to Boost IT, Catering, and HR Operations

New Delhi: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has announced significant changes in its senior management team to strengthen operational efficiency and streamline workflows across IT, catering, and HR divisions. The changes, effective from 6 March 2026, involve strategic reassignment and additional responsibilities for three senior officers.

Naveen Dixit Reassigned to Lead IT Projects

Mr. Naveen Dixit, formerly General Manager (GGM) of Mobile Catering Services, has been posted as GGM of IT Projects. This move aims to leverage his expertise in technology-driven initiatives to enhance IRCTC’s digital operations and support its growing tech-focused services.

Rashmi Gautam Expands Role to Include Public Relations

Ms. Rashmi Gautam, previously GGM of Static Catering Services, has been re-designated as GGM, Static Catering Services & PR. Her expanded responsibilities now cover both catering operations and public relations, reflecting IRCTC’s focus on integrating customer communication with service delivery.

Anil Gupta Entrusted with Additional Responsibilities

Mr. Anil Gupta, GM of HR, has been entrusted with additional charge of GGM, Mobile Catering Services, alongside his existing HR role and the additional charge of GGM/EZ. This strategic move is intended to ensure better coordination and seamless integration across multiple operational verticals.

Strategic Significance of the Changes

The internal restructuring highlights IRCTC’s commitment to:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency across key divisions
  • Strengthening technology adoption for digital services
  • Improving customer-facing and catering operations

Suman Kalra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of IRCTC, confirmed that the changes are effective immediately and align with the corporation’s long-term strategic objectives.
