New Delhi: The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has appointed Manoneet Dalal as a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on its Board for a period of three years.
The appointment was conveyed by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) through an order dated August 18, 2026. IREDA’s Board subsequently approved his appointment through a resolution passed by circulation on the same day.
His tenure will be for three years with effect from August 18, 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Mr. Manoneet Dalal currently serves as a Director at Hexa Advisors Limited, an advisory firm specialising in financial modelling, valuation and cross-border transaction advisory.

- Ernst & Young
He has also contributed to public policy research and authored several books and research papers on taxation and international trade law.
