Jharkhand Govt to Launch Influencer Engagement Policy to Promote Tourism Through Digital Creators

Ranchi: The Jharkhand government is set to introduce a new Influencer Engagement Policy aimed at promoting tourism across the state through digital creators and social media influencers.

The initiative is part of the government’s broader strategy to strengthen tourism branding and increase the online visibility of Jharkhand’s cultural, natural, and heritage destinations.

State-Level Influencer Conference to Launch New Policy

The Department of Tourism, Art, Culture and Sports has decided to organise a state-level influencer conference where the new policy will officially be launched.

The event will be held at:

  • Hotel Paryatan Vihar

The conference aims to bring together leading social media influencers and digital content creators from across the state.

According to officials, the conference will focus on:

Influencers to Receive Financial Support and Assistance

Under the proposed policy:

Officials said the move will encourage high-quality tourism content and wider digital engagement.

Minister Sudivya Kumar to Attend Event

Departmental Minister Sudivya Kumar will attend the conference as the chief guest.
