In a major reshuffle in Jammu & Kashmir, senior IAS officer of 1989 batch, Atal Dullo has been appointed as Financial Commissioner of the Finance department of the Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier, he was appointed as the Financial Commissioner of the Health and Medical Education Department. Mr. Dullo shall also be holding the position of the chairman and managing director of Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation of Jammu and Kashmir.
Whereas IAS, Vivek Bhardwaj of WB cadre, of 1990 batch, now appointed replacing Mr. Dullo in Health and Medical Education department as Financial Commissioner ( Additional Chief Secretary) in his first posting in J&K as he was given inter cadre deputation.
Also on Friday, the Central Government has approved the inter cadre deputation of IPS, Abhishek Mahajan of 2013 batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre to AGMUT cadre of Jammu and Kashmir. He will be there for an initial period of three years. IAS officer of Punjab cadre, Miss Syed Sehrish Asgar’s inter cadre deputation has been extended for over two years. Central Government also accepted, IPS Lakshay Sharma’s inter cadre deputation. He is an IPS officer of 2016 batch. From Manipur cadre to AGMUT cadre ( UT of J&k), he will be serving there for an initial period of three years too. For a tenure of more two years, IAS, Raghav Langer’s inter cadre deputation has been extended beyond 30.10.2021
