Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government has transferred four IAS officers, assigning them new responsibilities across the Higher Education, Tourism, Home and New & Renewable Energy departments.
The General Administration Department (GAD) issued the transfer and posting orders on Wednesday. According to the order, all four officers have been appointed to their new positions on a temporary basis.
The reshuffle includes changes involving officers from the 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2017 batches, with Bharti Jatav Ogre being moved to the Higher Education Department and Vivek Kumar receiving his first administrative posting.
Bharti Jatav Ogrey Gets Higher Education Department
Ms Bharti, IAS (2012), has been shifted from the Mineral Resources Department and appointed as Additional Secretary, Higher Education Department.
The change has been made through an amendment to a previously issued government order.

With the new assignment, IAS Bharti will now be responsible for administrative matters concerning the state’s Higher Education Department.
Manisha Setia Moves from Home to Tourism
Manisha Setia, IAS (2013), has been transferred from the Home Department and posted as Additional Secretary, Tourism Department.
In her new role, she will handle administrative responsibilities related to the state’s tourism sector.
The move shifts Setia from the Home Department to a department dealing with tourism administration and development.
Shuchismita Saxena Posted to Home Department
Shuchismita Saxena, IAS (2016), has been transferred from the Public Health and Medical Education Department.
She has now been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Home Department.
Her new posting places her in the state’s key internal administration and law-and-order-related department.
Vivek Kumar Gets First Administrative Posting
Vivek Kumar, IAS (2017), has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Department.
According to the order, this marks his first administrative posting.
He will now be responsible for departmental work related to the state’s New and Renewable Energy sector.
Four IAS Officers, Four Key Departmental Changes
The latest order brings changes across four major areas of the Madhya Pradesh administration. IAS Bharti has been given responsibility in Higher Education, while IAS Manisha moves to Tourism. Ms Shuchismita has been shifted to the Home Department, and IAS Vivek has received his first administrative assignment in New and Renewable Energy.
All four appointments have been made temporarily, as specified in the General Administration Department’s order.
