New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has received two new Project Management Consultancy (PMC) orders worth ₹108.85 crore (excluding GST) from government clients for infrastructure development projects in Jammu & Kashmir and Odisha.
The company informed the stock exchanges about the development on July 24, 2026, stating that both projects have been awarded in the normal course of business and will be executed under its PMC services.
The new contracts further strengthen NBCC’s presence in the government infrastructure segment and add value to its existing order book.

₹88.43 Crore Hostel Construction Project in Odisha
The second and larger order has been awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha, Cuttack.

- Order Value: ₹88.43 crore (excluding GST)
- Nature: Domestic PMC project
The Odisha project accounts for the majority of the total order value and will support the development of educational infrastructure in the state.
