Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Announces Four Fast Track Courts to Resolve Exam Cases Within 3 Months

New fast track courts in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior will handle paper leak and examination-related cases, ensuring speedy justice and greater transparency for students.

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that the state government will establish four fast track courts in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior to ensure speedy resolution of cases related to examinations, including paper leaks.

The Chief Minister said that exam-related cases will be disposed of within three months through these specialised courts, aimed at providing quick justice to students and maintaining transparency in the education system.

Dr. Mohan Yadav made the announcement while interacting with the media at the Central Hall of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

Four Fast Track Courts to Handle Exam and Paper Leak Cases

CM Mohan Yadav said that the government is sensitive towards the welfare of teachers and students and is taking continuous steps to improve the education sector.

The proposed fast track courts will be established in:

  • Bhopal
  • Indore
  • Jabalpur
  • Gwalior

These courts will focus on cases related to:

  • Examination irregularities.
  • Paper leaks.
  • Other matters affecting students and the education system.

The Chief Minister said the objective is to ensure that young people receive speedy justice and that legal proceedings related to examinations do not remain pending for long periods.

Government Stands With Students on Exam Transparency Issues

CM Mohan Yadav said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always shown concern for students and their welfare.

Referring to the NEET paper leak issue, he said that immediate action was taken after the matter came to light. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed, cases were registered and arrests were made across the country.He added that the NEET examination was conducted again and assured that the Madhya Pradesh government stands with students in every situation.The Chief Minister said steps will be taken to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure future examinations are conducted in a more transparent and secure manner.

Madhya Pradesh Focuses on Student and Teacher Welfare

Dr. Mohan Yadav said the Madhya Pradesh government is committed to addressing issues related to teachers and students with seriousness and sensitivity.

He highlighted that the state has been taking several decisions aimed at:

  • Improving education quality.
  • Supporting students.
  • Strengthening higher education infrastructure.
  • Creating better opportunities for youth.

He said that when the Central Government takes decisions in the interest of citizens, Madhya Pradesh works towards implementing them quickly and creating policies accordingly.

Madhya Pradesh Was First State to Implement National Education Policy 2020

The Chief Minister highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s initiatives in the education sector and said the state was among the first to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

He also mentioned that during the last two-and-a-half years, the state government has started:

  • Three new government universities.
  • Several initiatives focused on youth development and education reforms.

Dr. Yadav said improving education facilities and ensuring student welfare remain among the government’s key priorities.

Medical Education Opportunities Expanded Under PM Modi Government

CM Mohan Yadav said medical education infrastructure has expanded significantly during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure.

He highlighted that:

  • The number of medical colleges in the country has more than doubled.
  • Universities have increased from around 641 to more than 1,400.
  • Medical education seats have increased from around 50,000 to more than 1 lakh.

He said these developments have created more opportunities for students pursuing higher education, particularly in medical fields.

Government Reaffirms Commitment to Faster Justice for Students

The Madhya Pradesh government’s decision to establish fast track courts is aimed at ensuring quick legal action in cases affecting students and examinations.With faster hearings, improved examination protocols and stronger monitoring systems, the state government aims to build greater confidence among students and ensure a fair and transparent education environment.
