NLC India Raises ₹150 Crore Through Commercial Paper Issue to Boost Liquidity and Support Growth Plans

New Delhi: NLC India Limited, a Navratna Government of India enterprise, has raised ₹150 crore through the issuance of commercial papers as part of its financial management strategy.

According to a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges, the company completed the issuance and allotment of commercial papers on July 20, 2026.

The financial transaction was disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in compliance with the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015 under Regulation 30 and Regulation 51.

NLC India Issues 3,000 Commercial Papers Worth ₹150 Crore

As per the exchange filing, NLC India issued a total of 3,000 commercial paper units.
