Dehradun: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), India’s Maharatna energy major, celebrated its 70th Foundation Day at its Dehradun Headquarters, reaffirming its unwavering mission to energise the nation. The occasion was graced by Chairman & CEO Arun Kumar Singh and the Board of Directors.
Honouring Legacy and Commitment
The celebrations began with solemn tributes at the Martyrs’ Memorial, paying homage to the courage and sacrifice of those whose dedication built ONGC’s legacy. The Tricolour was unfurled high over the campus, followed by a pledge administered by Chairman & CEO Arun Kumar Singh and Director (Production) Pankaj Kumar. The pledge reaffirmed ONGC’s resolve to serve India with integrity, excellence, and responsibility.

A spirited walkathon was held to represent ONGC’s energy in action, while tree plantation drives underscored its pledge to a greener and more sustainable future. Each step taken and each sapling planted served as a promise to the nation, to environmental stewardship, and to the generations ahead.
