New Delhi: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has issued a public notice warning vendors, financial institutions, and the general public about an unauthorised entity operating under the name “ONGC INDIA”. The company clarified that this entity has no affiliation whatsoever with ONGC or any of its group companies.

Fraudulent Entity Alert

According to ONGC, the entity is falsely claiming association with the organisation to mislead stakeholders. The company emphasised that any engagement with such entities or individuals will be entirely at the risk of the concerned parties. ONGC has reiterated its stance that impersonation, misrepresentation, or fraudulent use of its name will invite strict civil and criminal action.
