Hindustan Aeronautics’s 50% Joint Venture Infotech HAL Limited Dissolved After NCLT Order

Bengaluru: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has informed the stock exchanges that Infotech HAL Limited, a joint venture company in which HAL held a 50% stake, has been dissolved following an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench.

The NCLT Bengaluru Bench passed the dissolution order on August 17, 2026. HAL received the order on August 20, 2026, and subsequently disclosed the development to the stock exchanges.

NCLT Bengaluru Orders Dissolution of Infotech HAL

The dissolution of Infotech HAL Limited was confirmed through an order issued by the NCLT Bengaluru Bench.

HAL said the order was dated August 17, 2026, while the company received the order on August 20, 2026.

The development marks the formal dissolution of the joint venture company in which HAL held a 50% equity stake.

HAL Held 50% Stake in Joint Venture

Infotech HAL Limited was a joint venture company of HAL, with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited holding a 50% stake.

With the NCLT order, the joint venture has now been dissolved. The development brings an end to HAL’s participation in the particular joint venture.

HAL has disclosed the information to shareholders and stock exchanges in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

HAL made the disclosure under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company informed the stock exchanges about the NCLT order for the information of shareholders and other stakeholders.
