Bengaluru: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has informed the stock exchanges that Infotech HAL Limited, a joint venture company in which HAL held a 50% stake, has been dissolved following an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench.
