New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for a major service contract worth ₹115.20 crore, according to a regulatory filing submitted on March 11, 2026. This project is expected to be executed over a long-term period, with completion scheduled by 10 September 2034.

Major Service Contract Details

The order, including taxes, amounts to ₹1,15,20,49,000 and involves domestic service-related work. RailTel clarified that this contract is awarded by a domestic entity and does not constitute a related party transaction. Neither the company’s promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract.

The LoI was received on 10 March 2026 at 18:43 hours, and the disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
