- M.Sc. in Physics or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Superintending Archaeological Engineer

Age Limit and Relaxation
The maximum age limit for candidates is 40 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and others, as per government norms.

- SC/ST/PwD candidates and all female applicants: No fee
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be paid as per the 7th Pay Commission, with an approximate monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000, depending on the post and level.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in two stages:
- CRT (Computer-Based Recruitment Test): A written examination to assess aptitude
- Written Examination and Interview: Candidates who qualify will be called for an interview
The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the interview.
