CM Yogi Adityanath Holds Janata Darshan, Helps Woman Get Cow, Orders Action on Land Complaint

UP CM directs officials to provide cattle and financial assistance to a Sitapur woman while ensuring prompt action on a disabled man’s illegal land encroachment complaint.

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed multiple public grievances during his Janata Darshan at his official residence in Lucknow on Monday, directing officials to ensure prompt and time-bound action on the complaints received from people across the state.

During the interaction, the Chief Minister helped a woman from Sitapur who wants to become financially self-reliant through cattle rearing. He also ordered officials to investigate a complaint regarding the illegal occupation of a disabled person’s land.

CM Yogi Directs Officials to Provide Cow to Sitapur Woman

Poonam Devi, a resident of Gurudev Nagar in Hargaon, Sitapur, met CM Yogi during the Janata Darshan and requested an additional cow to expand her cattle-rearing activities.

According to her application, Poonam currently has five cows and has adequate space to keep additional cattle.

She told the Chief Minister that she wants to become self-reliant through cattle rearing and increase her family’s income by selling milk and other dairy products.

After hearing her request, CM Yogi immediately directed the Additional Chief Secretary (Animal Husbandry) to arrange an eligible stray cow for her and ensure that she receives the benefits of applicable government schemes.

Financial Assistance for Cattle Care Under Government Scheme

The Chief Minister also directed officials to provide Poonam Devi with financial assistance for cattle care under the Mukhyamantri Sahbhagita Yojana, subject to applicable rules.

The assistance is intended to help beneficiaries meet the expenses associated with taking care of cattle.

CM Yogi encouraged Poonam to continue her efforts towards cattle service and assured her that she would receive the benefits of government schemes according to eligibility.

Poonam expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for supporting her efforts during the Shravan month.

CM Yogi Encourages Woman to Pursue Cattle Rearing

While encouraging Poonam Devi, the Chief Minister appreciated her interest in Goseva (cow service).

He said the government would provide benefits under applicable schemes and encouraged her to continue her efforts.

The interaction highlighted the government’s focus on supporting individuals seeking to improve their livelihoods through livestock and dairy-related activities.

CM Yogi Orders Action on Disabled Person’s Land Complaint

During the same Janata Darshan, a disabled person approached the Chief Minister with a complaint alleging illegal occupation of his land.

After hearing the grievance, CM Yogi directed the concerned officials to investigate the matter and take action according to the rules.

He also instructed officials to provide the complainant with all possible assistance as per the applicable provisions.

CM Directs Time-Bound Resolution of Public Complaints

The Janata Darshan provided an opportunity for people from different districts of Uttar Pradesh to directly present their grievances before the Chief Minister.

CM Yogi directed the concerned departments and officials to ensure that all complaints received during the programme are resolved promptly, effectively and within the prescribed timeframe.

He stressed that public grievances should be addressed according to established rules and that people should receive appropriate assistance from the administration.

The Chief Minister’s official X account also shared photographs from the Janata Darshan, highlighting the government’s focus on public welfare and responsive governance.
