Good works and initiatives by a government officer create a rippling effect. The officer’s enthusiasm inspires everyone around him, and this enthusiasm to do good percolate down to the bottom, creating an overall do-good environment. Such an example has been shared on social media platform X by 1988 batch IPS officer RK Vij.
He shared the inspiring story of an IPS officer who’s done some really praiseworthy work for the empowerment of the particularly vulnerable Baiga tribal group of Chhattisgarh. While ensuring law and order as SP of a district, he is also focussing on educating the children of the tribe, and walking the extra mile to ensure they get a good education.
Have a look at Mr. Vij’s post to know more about the officer and his work for the tribal community.
pic.twitter.com/hsjGpt07hf
