New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a new housing scheme offering 445 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats across three locations in the national capital. Named the DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026, the scheme was introduced on the occasion of Dhanteras, with registration beginning on November 6.

The flats are located in Loknayakpuram, Narela and Jahangirpuri. While registration is already underway, the booking process will begin on November 16 through the DDA’s online Awaas Portal.

Location-Wise Distribution of Flats

The scheme covers the following locations:

  • Narela, Sector A1–A4: 296 MIG flats
  • Loknayakpuram: 132 MIG flats
  • Jahangirpuri: 17 MIG flats

Narela accounts for the largest share of the available flats, while the remaining units are distributed between Loknayakpuram and Jahangirpuri.

Flat Prices and Booking Charges

The prices of the flats range from approximately ₹43 lakh to ₹1.1 crore, depending on their size and location.

Applicants will have to pay the following amounts:

  • Booking amount: ₹4 lakh for an MIG flat.
  • Registration fee: ₹2,500 as a one-time, non-refundable payment.
  • Applicants who have already registered on the DDA Awaas Portal are not required to register again.

Important Dates and Application Process

Bookings are scheduled to commence on November 16, 2026.

Interested applicants can complete the process through the DDA’s Awaas Portal under the scheme name DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026.

The authority has made the online portal the designated platform for registration and booking. Prospective buyers should review the scheme conditions and flat details before proceeding with payment.

The new initiative adds to DDA’s ongoing efforts to make residential properties available across different locations in Delhi, with this scheme specifically targeting middle-income homebuyers.
