In a significant stride towards conservation efforts and biodiversity restoration, a delegation from South Africa recently embarked on a comprehensive tour of the Gandhisagar Wildlife Sanctuary in Madhya Pradesh. The visit was orchestrated to acquaint the South African officials with the meticulous preparations underway for the anticipated arrival of cheetahs as part of the ambitious Project Cheetah.
Led by esteemed wildlife experts and sanctuary officials, the South African delegation was provided a detailed overview of the sanctuary’s infrastructure and facilities earmarked for the successful translocation and rehabilitation of cheetahs.
