Jaipur: Bank of Baroda convened the 170th State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) meeting in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on September 3, 2026. The meeting focused on strengthening cybersecurity, expanding digital lending infrastructure, improving access to priority-sector finance and reviewing the performance of member banks under key government-linked financial programmes.
The meeting was held under the joint chairmanship of Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Chairman, SLBC and Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, and V. Srinivas, Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan.
170th SLBC Meeting Reviews Banking and Financial Priorities
The meeting was organised under the coordination of Parimita Mishra, Convener, SLBC Rajasthan and General Manager, Bank of Baroda.
Senior officials from the Central and Rajasthan governments, regulatory institutions, Rajasthan Police and various banks participated in the meeting.
Key areas discussed included:
- Strengthening cybersecurity and awareness against cyber fraud
- Integration of Unified Lending Interface (ULI) with the e-Dharti portal
- Priority-sector lending aligned with the Viksit Rajasthan @2047 vision
- Performance under the Annual Credit Plan
- Progress under Atal Pension Yojana
- Comparative performance of member banks against allocated targets

ULI-e-Dharti Integration Discussed
A major focus of the meeting was the proposed integration of the Unified Lending Interface (ULI) with the e-Dharti portal.
The initiative aims to simplify the online recording of loan-related entries in land records and improve the digital processes associated with lending and land-record management. The integration was discussed as an important step towards making lending-related procedures more streamlined and technology-driven.
Cybersecurity and Cyber Fraud Prevention Get Priority
Strengthening cybersecurity and increasing public awareness to address the growing threat of cyber fraud was another key area of discussion. Officials deliberated on the need for coordinated efforts to improve cybersecurity awareness and help customers remain vigilant against emerging digital fraud risks.
Representatives from Rajasthan Police’s Cyber Crime department also participated in the meeting, bringing attention to the importance of collaboration between banks, government agencies and law-enforcement authorities.
Priority Sectors Aligned with Viksit Rajasthan 2047
The meeting placed greater emphasis on priority sectors in alignment with the four pillars of the Viksit Rajasthan @2047 vision:
- Garib – Focus on the underprivileged
- Yuva Shakti – Empowerment of youth
- Nari Shakti – Women’s empowerment
- Annadata – Support for farmers
Banks were encouraged to strengthen their lending and financial inclusion efforts in these areas to support the state’s long-term development objectives.
Annual Credit Plan and Atal Pension Yojana Performance Reviewed
The performance of member banks under the Annual Credit Plan (ACP) and Atal Pension Yojana (APY) was also reviewed during the meeting. Banks were encouraged to maintain the momentum achieved so far during the ongoing quarter of FY 2026–27.
A comparative analysis of the business parameters of member banks against their allocated targets was presented, allowing participating institutions to assess their progress and identify areas requiring greater attention.
