CM Yogi Adityanath Holds Janta Darshan in Lucknow, Orders Time-Bound Resolution of Public Complaints

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a ‘Janta Darshan’ programme in Lucknow on Monday morning, where he met people from different districts, listened to their grievances, and assured them of fair and timely action.

During the public interaction, the Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that all genuine complaints are resolved quickly, impartially, and within the prescribed time limit.

CM Yogi told the people who came to the programme not to worry, assuring them that the government would take effective action on their legitimate concerns.

CM Yogi Listens to Public Grievances During Janta Darshan

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath personally met each visitor who arrived at the Janta Darshan and listened carefully to their problems.

Key highlights of the programme:

  • People from various districts submitted their complaints and applications.
  • CM Yogi interacted directly with citizens and understood their concerns.
  • Officials were instructed to take immediate action on genuine issues.
  • Complaints related to different departments were forwarded to the concerned authorities.

The Chief Minister assured visitors that every eligible and genuine issue would be addressed through proper administrative action.

Officials Directed to Ensure Fair and Time-Bound Complaint Resolution

During the programme, CM Yogi instructed administrative and police officials to ensure that complaints received during Janta Darshan are resolved without delay.

He directed officials to follow a transparent process and ensure justice for every complainant.

Instructions given to officials include:

  • Resolve complaints within the given timeline.
  • Ensure impartial investigation and action.
  • Monitor the progress of pending cases.
  • Provide effective solutions to public issues.

The Chief Minister emphasised that public grievances should be handled with seriousness and accountability.

Strict Action Ordered on Crime and Illegal Land Encroachment Complaints

During the interaction, some people raised complaints related to criminal activities and illegal occupation of land.

Taking serious note of such complaints, CM Yogi Adityanath directed police officials to take strict action against those involved.

Directions issued by the Chief Minister:

  • Take immediate action in criminal cases.
  • Act firmly against illegal land encroachment.
  • Ensure protection of citizens’ rights.
  • Prevent harassment of affected individuals.

Government Will Provide Financial Assistance for Medical Treatment

Several people approached the Chief Minister seeking financial support for medical treatment.

CM Yogi directed officials to speed up the process of preparing medical estimates from hospitals so that financial assistance can be provided quickly.

He assured the applicants that once the hospital estimates are received, the government will immediately arrange the required funds.

CM Yogi Interacts with Children, Encourages Education and Skill Development

During the Janta Darshan, some parents arrived with their children. The Chief Minister interacted warmly with the children and asked them about their studies, interests, and future aspirations.

He encouraged students to focus on education while also developing their talents in different fields.

CM Yogi advised children to:

  • Study with dedication and discipline.
  • Participate in activities beyond academics.
  • Develop skills in areas such as:
    • Sports
    • Music
    • Art
    • Theatre
    • Other creative fields

After interacting with them, the Chief Minister gave chocolates to the children and blessed them.

Yogi Reaffirms Government’s Commitment to Public Service

Through the Janta Darshan programme, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reiterated that the government remains committed to addressing citizens’ problems effectively.

The Chief Minister’s directions to officials focused on ensuring quick grievance redressal, transparent administration, and timely support for people facing difficulties.

The programme reflected the state government’s emphasis on direct communication with citizens and responsive governance.
