CONCOR Q4 FY26 Results: Net Profit ₹258 Cr, Revenue ₹2,256 Cr; Declares ₹1 Final Dividend, Total Payout at ₹8.60 Per Share

Mumbai: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, reported a standalone net profit of ₹258.23 crore for Q4 FY26, along with steady operational performance and a strong dividend payout for shareholders.

The company announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

CONCOR Q4 FY26 Financial Performance

For the quarter ended March 2026, CONCOR reported:

  • Net Profit: ₹258.23 crore (vs ₹302.14 crore in Q4 FY25)
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹2,256.84 crore (vs ₹2,281.37 crore YoY)
  • Total Income: ₹2,345.94 crore
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹339.98 crore
  • EPS: ₹3.39 per share (face value ₹5)

While revenue remained largely stable, profit saw a moderate year-on-year decline.

Full-Year FY26 Performance

For the financial year 2025–26, CONCOR posted:

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹9,059.45 crore (up 2.2%)
  • Net Profit: ₹1,221.81 crore (down 3.9%)
  • EPS: ₹16.04 per share
  • Total Comprehensive Income: ₹1,240.93 crore

The performance reflects stable revenue growth but slight pressure on profitability.

Segment-Wise Performance

EXIM Segment

  • FY26 Revenue: ₹6,008.63 crore (up from ₹5,733.32 crore)

Domestic Segment

  • FY26 Revenue: ₹3,050.82 crore (down from ₹3,130.05 crore)

The EXIM business continued to drive overall growth, while domestic operations saw a marginal decline.

Strong Dividend Announcement for FY26

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (20%) for FY26.

This comes in addition to three interim dividends already paid during the year:

  • ₹1.60 per share (32%)
  • ₹2.60 per share (52%)
  • ₹3.40 per share (68%)

Total Dividend FY26: ₹8.60 per share (172%)

The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
