New Delhi: The Delhi Police has relieved 13 IPS officers from the force and shifted them to different outside segments, marking a significant movement of senior police officers from the Delhi segment.
As per the latest orders, the officers have been allocated to various segments, including Chandigarh, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Puducherry, Jammu & Kashmir and Lakshadweep.
The reshuffle covers officers moving to different Union Territory and North Eastern segments as part of cadre management and administrative deployment.
Vinit Kumar Shifted to Chandigarh
Among the officers moved out of the Delhi Police, Vinit Kumar has been shifted to the Chandigarh segment.
His transfer is part of the wider movement of Delhi-cadre IPS officers to different segments outside Delhi.
Three IPS Officers Moved to Mizoram
Dhirendra Pratap Singh, Nishant Gupta and Amit Kaushik have been shifted to the Mizoram segment.
The three officers will join the Mizoram segment following their relief from Delhi Police.
Their movement comes as part of the broader deployment of Delhi-cadre IPS officers to other segments.
Rishi Kumar Transferred to Arunachal Pradesh
Rishi Kumar has been transferred to the Arunachal Pradesh segment.
He will join the Arunachal Pradesh cadre segment after being relieved from his existing assignment with Delhi Police.
Pawan Kumar Shifted to Ladakh
Pawan Kumar has been transferred to the Ladakh segment.
His movement is among the transfers involving Delhi IPS officers being deployed to other Union Territory segments.
Sikandar Singh Moved to Puducherry
Sikandar Singh has been shifted to the Puducherry segment.
He will take up his assignment in Puducherry following his relief from Delhi Police.
Five IPS Officers Shifted to J&K
The largest group in the latest movement has been shifted to the Jammu & Kashmir segment.
The officers transferred to J&K are:
- Rajeev Kumar Ambasta
- Deepak Yadav
- Vishnu Kumar
- Anand Kumar Mishra
- Satish Kumar
The five officers will join the Jammu & Kashmir segment as part of the latest cadre movement.
Patel Aalap Mansukh Shifted to Lakshadweep
Patel Aalap Mansukh has been transferred to the Lakshadweep segment.
With this movement, the latest order covers IPS deployments across several geographically and administratively diverse segments.
