Eish Singhal Posted as Additional CP, EOW
Eish Singhal (IPS: 2010) has been posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing (EOW).

Singhal, a 2010-batch IPS officer, will now take charge of the EOW as Additional CP.
Dinesh Kumar Gupta Gets Additional Charge of Traffic
Another key arrangement involves Dinesh Kumar Gupta (IPS: 2010), who is currently serving as Additional Commissioner of Police, DPHCL.
Gupta will continue in his existing assignment and will also hold the additional charge of Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic.
The additional responsibility comes at a time when the Traffic wing remains a crucial component of Delhi’s policing and urban mobility management, dealing with traffic regulation, enforcement and road-safety-related responsibilities across the national capital.
Vikas Kumar Posted as DCP, Traffic
Vikas Kumar (IPS: 2013) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic.
The appointment places the 2013-batch IPS officer in the Delhi Police Traffic wing, which is responsible for managing traffic movement and enforcement across the city.
His posting comes alongside the additional charge assigned to Dinesh Kumar Gupta at the Additional CP level.
Isha Singh Gets Additional Charge of Legal Cell
Ms Isha Singh (IPS: 2021), presently serving as DCP/Welfare, has been assigned the additional charge of DCP/Legal Cell.
Singh will therefore continue with her existing responsibilities as DCP/Welfare while also handling the Legal Cell.
The latest arrangements bring changes across several important wings of the Delhi Police, with officers being assigned both fresh postings and additional responsibilities to ensure continuity in the functioning of different units.
