New Delhi: The Government of India on Tuesday issued a series of appointment notifications and recommendations involving officers from the IAS, IRS, and IFoS cadres, assigning them to key positions across departments and organisations.
Saravanan P K Appointed Deputy Secretary in WDRA
Saravanan P K, an Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Indirect Taxes) officer of the 2016 batch, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority under the Department of Food and Public Distribution.
The appointment has been made under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Saravanan was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue and has been directed to be relieved of his current duties immediately to take up the new assignment in Delhi.

Dr Keneilhoutuolie Miachieo (IFoS: 2006: CH) has been appointed as Director of Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration (Director level) in Nagaland.
The tenure of the appointment has been fixed for a period of three years.

Her appointment is on a deputation basis for a period of three years, effective from August 21, 2026.
