Chandigarh: The Haryana Government led by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has ordered the transfer of two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers with immediate effect as part of a minor administrative reshuffle aimed at strengthening governance.
The transfer orders were issued by the Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi.
Manoj Kumar Posted to Finance Department
Manoj Kumar, who was serving as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mahendragarh at Narnaul, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary in the Finance Department.
He has been posted against a vacant position, indicating the government’s intent to fill key administrative gaps in the department.

Anupama Anjali Takes Charge as Mahendragarh DC
Anupama Anjali, who was serving as Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad, and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad, has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner of Mahendragarh at Narnaul.
She replaces Manoj Kumar in the district administration.
Administrative Continuity and Governance Focus
The reshuffle, though limited in scope, reflects the state government’s continued efforts to ensure efficient administrative functioning and optimal deployment of officers in key positions.
Such transfers are routine in governance and are aimed at enhancing policy implementation and district-level administration.
